Ingredients

  • 250g egg noodles and yellow noodles mixed and blanched
  • 150g – 200g prawns
  • 1½ tbsp Mahsuri Korean Style Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 120ml Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ tbsp cooking oil

Preparing ingredients

Heat oil in a wok on high heat and start sautéing garlic and onions until fragrant. Next, add prawns and stir fry until just cooked. Push the prawns to the side and scramble the egg on the open area.

Adding in Sauces

Add the noodles into the wok and toss well. Next, add the Mahsuri Korean Style Garlic Sauce and Oyster Sauce, followed by Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk around the wok edges.

Finishing Touches

Toss quickly to ensure the noodles are coated evenly with sauce until it turns glossy. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until it slightly caramelised. To make the dish even better, finish serving with a sunny side egg on top of the noodles.
