Heat up the pam and start to pan-sear prawns until just cooked. Remove the prawns and sauté the onions and capsicums briefly.

Adding in Sauces
Add pineapple and Mahsuri Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce, followed by pouring the Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk. Let the ingredients simmer for 3 minutes with light stirring to mix the sauces evenly.

Finishing Touches
Return the prawns into the pan and simmer for another 2 minutes. Finally, finish with lime juice to balance out the flavour. To make this dish even better, serve with steamed white rice with a sunny side up egg.
