Ingredients

  • 250g Macaroni
  • 200ml Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk
  • 120g Shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt & pepper

Cook the Pasta

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce

Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously.

Add Coconut Milk and Cheese

Whisk in Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in shredded cheddar and mix until fully melted and creamy.

Combine and Serve

Mix sauce with macaroni, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
