Ingredients

  • 400ml Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Extra sugar, for topping

Heat the Milk

Heat Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk gently in a saucepan. Do not boil.

Prepare the Custard

Whisk egg yolks and sugar until combined. Slowly pour in the warm coconut milk while whisking.

Bake

Pour mixture into ramekins. Place in a water bath and bake at 150°C for 35–40 minutes until just set.

Chill and Caramelise

Chill for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle sugar on top and torch until caramelised.
