800ml Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)

30g bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (balances sweetness)

Warm the Coconut Milk

Pour the Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk into a pan over medium heat. Warm gently until it begins to steam — do not let it boil.

Add Cocoa and Sweetener

Whisk in the brown sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined and smooth.

Melt the Chocolate

Lower the heat and add the chopped bittersweet chocolate (if using). Whisk until melted and the mixture becomes glossy and thick.

Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Pour into mugs and top with desired toppings.
