Ingredients

  • 250g Fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 200ml Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 30g Butter or olive oil
  • 50g Grated parmesan (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Grilled chicken or mushrooms (optional)

Cook the Pasta

Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

Prepare the Sauce

In a pan, sauté garlic in butter or olive oil until fragrant. Add Koko Cuisine Coconut Milk and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine and Serve

Add cooked pasta and toss well. Use reserved pasta water to loosen if needed. Season with salt and black pepper, and finish with parmesan if using.
