Local delicacies prepared for tasting

From rich curries and nasi lemak to cookies and sago gula melaka, a wide range of savoury and sweet dishes were prepared to assess our milk’s flavour profile.
During a blind taste testing event with over 80 participants, results revealed that a strong majority chose our milk as their preferred choice over a famous household brand in the cooked dishes.

One commented that the overall taste profile is well balanced and complementary with a wide range of food. Dishes would contain the familiar coconut aroma and flavour, and yet not overwhelm the fragrances of other key ingredients after cooking.
One of the chefs also commented on the great coconut santan taste. Compared to the other popular brand in the market our milk managed to be a better fit for the recipes, leaving a good impression on him.
